Majority of Republicans Expect to Use Trumps New Social Media Platform

Former President Donald Trump announced his new social media platform TRUTH Social last week, and more than 60 percent of Republicans expect to use it when it launches, according to a new Morning Consult/Politico poll. What the numbers say Sixty-three percent of those who voted for Trump in the 2020 election said they will use the site at least some of the time. The platform does not appear to have wide appeal, as only 15 percent of all voters said they will use it a lot.
