Nigeran Senators from Kwara State on Wednesday threw their weights behind Governor Abdurahman Abdulrazaq. Speaking to newsmen in Abuja, the lawmakers described the governor as the authentic leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the state.
The senators, Ibrahim Oloriegbe (Kwara Central), Lola Ashiru (Kwara South) and Umar Sadiq (Kwara North).

At the beginning of the year, Monopoly asked the Internet to vote for the tokens that they wanted to see in the next edition of the game, ranging from classics like the top hat to newbies like Hazel the Cat, who replaced the iron token in 2013.
The New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP) has expressed worry over the comment made by the presidential candidate of the Peoples Demoratic Party (PDP), Atiku Abubakar, at the weekend. Speaking with The Punch, NNPP Spokesman, Agbo Major, said Atiku’s utterance would afford Nigerians the opportunity to tell who the real ethnic jingoists are.
