The Governor of Sokoto State and Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party Governors Forum, Aminu Tambuwal has revealed details of Atiku Abubakar’s meeting with the party governors on Wednesday evening. According to Tambuwal, the emergency meeting was held to strategise on securing victory for PDP in the 2023 general elections. Tambuwal while addressing newsmen after the meeting said it was more of a consultative meeting. The Sokoto State along with the former vice president came to thank the party governors for their roles at the convention.
