Nigerian Deportees Arrive Lagos From The UK

Contrary to earlier report that about 500 Nigerians were deported by the United Kingdom to Nigeria early morning today, Wednesday, November 25, the United Kingdom Government has clarified that only 48 Nigerians were actually deported. A top official of the Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS) also confirmed that only 48 Nigerians deportees arrived from the UK, adding that the 48 deportees had nothing to do with the 29,000 Nigerians that the UK was planning to deport back into the country.

The Minister of Information and Culture, Lai Mohammed, says nothing can stop the Muhammadu Buhari government from regulating social media.
