Ever since I saw that cute fish with a tiny wheelchair, I always wondered if we'd be able to get similar technology for people with disabilities to enjoy the water. It seems logical cause everyone likes to take a dip on a hot day.
Well it turns out that I didn't have to wonder for too long, because floating wheelchairs are a thing that are becoming popular at some beaches that want to make them accessible to everyone.
